Ulrike Boehmer, Ph.D. is former Associate Professor of Community Health Sciences at Boston University School of Public Health. Dr. Boehmer's research interests include health disparities, women's health, LGBT health, and cancer prevention and control. Dr. Boehmer is Associate Editor of LGBT Health and co-editor of the 2015 Springer volume Cancer and the LGBT Community: Unique perspectives from Risk to Survivorship.



Gabriele Dennert, MD, is Professor of Social Medicine and Public Health at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Dr. Dennert´s key research areas are in health and healthcare of LGBTI people, discrimination and health, communication in healthcare, and gender, intersectionality, and health.
