Agiles Management
Der Agilitätsbegriff wird immer häufiger im Managementkontext gebraucht, um auszudrücken, dass die Führung in Zukunft proaktiv, antizipativ und initiativ handeln muss, um notwendige Anpassungen schnell, effizient und effektiv umzusetzen. Das agile Management stammt aus dem IT-Projektmanagement, wird aber inzwischen ganz allgemein als Merkmal für zeitgemäße Organisation und Führung im dynamischen Umfeld gebraucht.
