Sometimes you have to let go despite all odds to find the way to happiness.

Nick Falkner is tired of constantly travelling the world for the photographers' agency he runs with his siblings. Not only does he want to spend more time with his family, but he also wants to find out if he can ever trust his heart again.

Sophia Neuhaus is shy, works too much and has also been unhappily in love for far too long. She wants to celebrate Halloween with her three best friends to distract herself from her heartbreak. Maybe it is even possible to forget the secret and unrequited love for one evening and get involved with someone else. But a fateful encounter not only makes her blood boil, but also brings to light a truth she hadn't expected.
