Daku

This is a story about a standard guard robot in a museum, who got into an accident during a robbery. He was heavily damaged, but thanks to the nice doctor Gottlieb Vanille, he is back and even more powerful, being able to fly at high speeds and able to cut through metal. He also meets the two assistant robots of Vanille, Lyfty and Yasu, to one of which he falls in love with.
The robbery in the museum turns out to be the start of a much bigger problem, to which Daku might be the only help.

Daku is a small security robot in the Dia-city science museum. Boring as the museum is, he finds himself longing for a more exciting life. His answer arrived as a huge robot robbed the museum, destroying Daku almost completely. If it weren't for the great robot engineer Doctor Vanille, he wouldn't be the heroic fighting machine he is now.

Daku has rested well since he was rebuilt and is now enjoying a calm life at the professor's house. But soon news get around that trash cans are being knocked all over the neighborhood. Nobody would know that this simple event will turn out to be the start of a major crime spree, a story of betrayal and a crisis for Daku's replicability. What could cause all this?

Today, our trash gets regularly knocked over by stray animals. In the 31st century, there will be robots too.
Daku tries to help the desperate robot, trying to offer them a stable life. But as soon he mantions the mayor, Daku gets knocked out and the robot flees.
Soon, not only trash gets knocked over, but also several electronics stores get ransacked and plundered.
...why?

It was a stormy autumn night in Dia-City. In the laboratory, the little maid robot of the Doctor Vanille, was preparing something small and nice. That being, a three meter, two metric tonnes heavy robot. A stray lighning bolt awakes the monstrum, causing it to eat tools and other metal, even a gadget that Vanille just recently got; The physical deformer.
After eating it, it escaped the laboratory, looking for more metal to eat, while constantly changing its appearance.
