But this cookbook will at least allow you to explore the small world of Wiesbaden’s twin towns from a culinary perspective while learning a little more about them. Then, when you have “acquired a taste”, you may even want to visit one of our twin towns in person. We all need a change from our favourite recipes from time to time. A culinary change of scenery, so to speak. That is precisely what this book offers. And it goes without saying that all our twin towns are worth a visit! Our aim in selecting these recipes, which we did together with our twin towns and twinning associations, was to find recipes that were as simple as possible but still typical of each region.
