Join the Party / Join the Party 2

A journey in the scripture solves all problems. Astonished by the list above stating all the problems of this material world? We give a better alternative. It's actually the topmost lifestyle, timeless, found in the sacred texts of ancient India.

This tradition which is aimed to solve the problems of modern society is part of the timeless yoga science which has been spreading throughout the world in the modern age.

Through the Divine Grace of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami we received an English rendition of the epic Sanskrit episode of Śrīmad Bhāgavatam to understand God consciousness, divine timing, spiritual relationships and everything related to the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

This party is like a caravan of transcendental love for God. Kṛṣṇa is present by the grace of the Holy Name vibrated by the Supreme Lord Himself as the Golden Avatar, Śrī Caitanya Mahaprabhu in the very front, together with his close associates Lord Nityananda, Lord Advaita, Gadadhara Pandit and Srivas Thakur.

The Golden Age Awaits / All One, yet different

.This book is meant to raise the individual consciousness to uplift human society, for a happy and spiritually engaged life. Simultaneously, I wanted to share the findings of ancient Vedic wisdom as a philosophical guide to modern seekers of truth. Hereby, I'm presenting acintya bheda-abheda tattva, the philosophical truth (tattva) of simultaneous oneness (bheda) and variety (abheda), which is inconceivable (acintya).

Therefore, I'm praying to please my spiritual teachers with the aim to reach the seekers, yogis, spiritualists, curious and you personally, to discuss findings from ten years of searching the world for this truth.

Join the Party

This account is for personal reference and spiritual purification, but also for your enjoyment. It may give light to transformation and inspiration for distributing this light of the Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Over the last eight years, I came closer to Kṛṣṇa due to associating with devotees and serving them. When I started to seriously serve Śrīla Prabhupāda, I connected to his writings and followers who all were essential in guiding on the path of self-realisation.

For the last two years, I have been duly initiated into the Madhava Gaudiya Sampradaya giving impetus to maintain a steady service and Sadhana, spiritual practice.

Following in the footsteps of the guiding teachers, acharyas, I proceed steadily to share this wisdom of the bhagavata, the Supreme Personality of Godhead with the whole world.

It is my pleasure to have your readership and maybe we can meet in person through the word of wisdom. May this word be a guiding light and help on the spiritual path back to Godhead.

Please accept my humble obeisances.

Your servant,

Yaśomatīnandana dāsa

The glories of Harinam Sankirtana
April 8, 2024

It is quarter past eight in the morning, on the way to the Delhi Airport, I open up a new chapter in this book of life.

Seeing the pages turn, we pass villages, fields and enter on the Highway to India’s capital city. We left Vrindavana, the Holy Dhama merely for one reason: To bring Vrindavana to the world.

Of course, it requires Kṛṣṇa consciousness to fully understand Vrindavana, as it is. By the mercy of Śrīla Prabhupāda and our spiritual teachers, we were allowed to serve the Holy Dhama by sharing its glory.

The Holy Dhama is non-different from God, so the scriptures say, and its transcendental sound representation is the Holy Name of God.

The Golden Age Awaits / Bhakti-Yoga

Dear people of this world,

most of you are stuck in the cycle of eat, sleep, mate, defend. I am very sad to see this. Feeling compassion in my heart, I want to help you transform this animalistic consciousness of temporary life to a higher, divine consciousness.

Don't worry, there is hope. Eating from the streets, loitering here and there, following my tongue and passing stool at common places. All the time the dog would chase the she-dog to have intercourse and the great mass of society is doing the same. By Providence and the mercy of my spiritual master I was relieved from this act of living a degraded life to finding the true soul nature, a pure state of consciousness, free from fear and doubt.

The dog is always afraid to be bitten by the she-dog and kicked by the master. He feels loyalty to both and knows an honest heart. Sometimes the dog whimsically sings poetry and howls for food. What life this dog is living. Many people hold dogs like this because they appreciate the same maturity of consciousness. Some dogs look like their owners and vice versa. This dog life of eating, sleeping, mating and defending sounds alright, but it is not befitting a human being who has the capacity to inquire about the Absolute Truth.

“Life’s desires should never be directed toward sense gratification. One should desire only a healthy life, or self-preservation, since a human being is meant for inquiry about the Absolute Truth. Nothing else should be the goal of one’s works.”

The Golden Age Awaits / Spiritual Gentleman

In this book a path is presented from a problematic position to a solution that lasts eternally. One might be afflicted with negative desires, lust or bad habits, but the Bhagavad-Gītā has a solution to become problem-free, gentle and a truly wise human being. It has always worked, so Kṛṣṇa, the perfect person, states in the Bhagavad-Gītā (4.10):

“Being freed from attachment, fear and anger, being fully absorbed in Me and taking refuge in Me, many, many persons in the past became purified by knowledge of Me – and thus they all attained transcendental love for Me”.

This book is designed to build a bridge between mundane and spiritual. A perfect Gentleman was Śrīla Prabhupāda, who expertly shared the ancient wisdom with world. We take refuge in him and learn to understand what we have forgotten, how to be a true gentleman.

“Gentleman means he must be sober, learned, and thoughtful. That is gentleman. But nowadays, gentleman is different—simply by dress.”

The Golden Age Awaits / Inner Revolution

The beauty of poetry is also practical. It is said in the Vedic scripture that to be a poet is one of the divine qualities possessed by devotees of the Lord. Like an ornament it enhances the character of a person, if he is using this poetry not for own sense gratification, but for glorification of the Supreme Person. That is the only work of a poet, namely to glorify the all-attractive person, literally Kṛṣṇa.
Words that do not glorify the All-attractive Person, Kṛṣṇa, are considered by saintly persons to be like places of pilgrimage for crows. Swan-like devotees who are actually residents of the kingdom of God do not derive any pleasure there. Thus, I follow in the footsteps of my spiritual teachers who were all expert poets and writers.
2016, as a believer and traveler I came to win back faith. Finding shelter with the wisdom texts of the Vedas, a doorway to self-realisation was opened. Self-realisation is nothing cheap, but the sole purpose of human existence. This human form of life is essentially meant for inquiring about the Absolute Truth.
When this mystical door opened, I had insight into spiritual truth, substantial, enlightened and blissful. In a state of meditation this spiritual drop touched my heart and I tried to get hold of it. Expressing my experiences in words of poetry helped to channel these spiritual visions and insights.
Once I sat on the Pacific Ocean and meditated. A vast consciousness surrounded me and I felt as if I was one with that vast consciousness. Later, I came back to an individual consciousness. I would read about this oneness experience, warned that this is māyā, illusion. In retrospect, this path of illusion (Mayavada) was enlightened by the spiritual master (Prabhupāda) who felt compassion with this delusioned seeker.
