Dr. Simon Berkler ist Co-Founder von TheDive und seit über 20 Jahren als Unternehmer und Organisationsberater tätig. Er studierte Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften und promovierte im Bereich der Medienökonomie. Er ist ausgebildeter systemischer und integraler Organisationsentwickler und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung mittlerer und großer Unternehmen bei ihren jeweiligen Transformationsprozessen. Mit TheDive arbeitet er an der Frage, wie eine lebensdienliche Weiterentwicklung des Wirtschaftssystems gelingen kann.
