Hauptsache glücklich? Wer theoretisch oder praktisch mit der Erziehung und Bildung junger Menschen zu tun hat, wird zumindest unbewusst deren Glück anstreben. Entsprechend selbstverständlich war Glück ein explizites Erziehungsziel in den Anfängen der Pädagogik als wissenschaftlicher Disziplin.

The main thing is being happy? Anyone involved either theoretically or practically in the upbringing and education of young people is, even if only unconsciously, trying to make them happy. Accordingly, happiness was an obvious and explicit goal of education in the early days of the field as an academic discipline.
