Dr. Aloysius Edward J. is the dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management and a professor in the School of Management (MBA programme), Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bangalore, India. Dr. Aloysius is a consultant for quality assurance and improvement and is an advisor for personal investment and tax planning. Ms. Madhu Dhruvakumar works as a programme coordinator for the Department of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, India. She has an extensive teaching experience of 20 years. She has published 29 papers in international journals. Her research interests include accounting and finance.


Dr. T.K. Murugesan works as an associate professor in the Department of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, Indi. He has published 38 papers and presented 18 papers in various international conferences. His research interests include finance, investment, and accounting.
