Shorful Islam is the CEO of Be Data Solutions and the Founder of Subatomic Analytics and also serves as the Chief Data Scientist at Tribal Worldwide and as a Data and Behavioural Science Advisor to OutThink. With a career spanning over 20 years of industry experience in data analytics, Islam has helped some of the world's largest companies with their data strategies. He has headed up data analytics teams at a range of institutions and organizations spanning the NHS, local government, ITV, Adam&eveDDB and Wunderman. With his strength in starting, growing and nurturing teams, Islam is experienced in building data cultures within organisations, allowing data analysts and data scientists to thrive. He has a PhD in Psychology.
