Leonid Issaev is an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Affairs and the Vice Director of Center for Stability and Risks Analysis at the HSE University (Russia). He is also the senior research fellow at the Center for Civilization and Regional Studies of the Institute for African Studies, which is part of the Russian Academy of Sciences.



Andrey Zakharov is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science, and Foreign Regional Studies at the Russian State University of Humanities.
