Oliver Kramer

Oliver Kramer is Professor of Computational Intelligence at the University of Oldenburg, Germany. His research focuses on evolutionary computation, machine learning, and large language model–based cognitive architectures, with applications in optimization, bioinformatics, and artificial general intelligence.
