Susan / Lang Omondi

Born in Kenya, Susan Omondi came to Germany in 1997. After studying business administration and completing her Master's degree in Business Information Technology, she worked for several years as a quality manager, project manager and lead auditor at well-known companies in Switzerland. At the moment she is lead assessor and offers services such as project management, training, diversity and ethics in technology as well as the digitalization of processes.

As a non-native, Susan partly experienced rejection when looking for a job and an apartment - so she had no choice but to work on herself. She realized that true success and strength come from within. She believes that every person can create something great - if they leave blame behind. For Susan, this means taking responsibility for herself and thereby gaining more influence.
