Rainer R. Otter
Rainer R. Otter was born in 1954, in Aschaffenburg, Germany, and joint the German Air Force during the Cold War in 1972. After his pilot training in the USAF, he served in various squadrons as a Fighter Pilot and an Instructor Pilot.
