Adolf Wagner, former member of Reutlingen, Marburg, Tübingen and Leipzig universities, Director of the IEW (Institut für Empirische Wirtschaftsforschung) Leipzig and before head of the IAW (Institut für Angewandte Wirtschaftsforschung) Tübingen.
