David Yang
David Yang pursued his studies in Law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg. In 2019, he embarked on his career as a judge within the higher judicial service of Baden-Württemberg. Presently, he serves on secondment at the Ministry of Justice and Migration Baden-Württemberg.

Simultaneously a Reconstruction of Legal Obligations Based on the Purpose of Protection«: In the context of unauthorized photographic capture of objects, David Yang conducts foundational research. Starting from the concept of different regulatory functions of private law and public law and based on the alignment of all private law liability systems towards the protection of subjective rights, he arrives at a reclassification of tort and contractual liability, law of unjust enrichment and usurpation of business opportunity.
