Helmut Zell
Helmut Zell, 1952, Engineer, Ph.D. in Economics, first stay in Tanzania as volunteer end of the 70th, research for his dissertation in 80th. Before retirement he worked as Senior Expert in the project Private Sector Participation for President's Office, Public Service Management in Dar es Salam. He lives in Remagen, Germany.

Dark Money in Dar es Salaam
Pauls doesn´t expect what´s coming when he takes a consulting job for the rehabilitation of the Tanzanian railway. Soon after his arrival in Dar es Salaam, he realises that bribery was involved in the awarding of the contract. At the same time, he learns that the public prosecutor in Germany is carrying out investigations into alleged corruption cases involving the firm he works for.
