Über den Autor
Sun Xiaobing is a national educational inspector, a member of the National Colleges and Universities Setting and Appraisal Committee, a member of the National Office for Education Sciences Planning, guest scientist of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, executive chairman of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy Committee, and the former director of the Policy Research and Legal Construction Department of the Ministry of Education.
