Marxism and Theories of International Relations

This edited volume provides an account of international relations theory from the perspective of Marxism. The chapters cover realism, liberalism, critical theory, constructivism, post-Modernism, feminism, green theory and post-colonialism and consider the contribution that a historical materialist approach can make in each of these areas of IR. The volume also discusses the question of why Marxism has not had more influence in international relations.
