Being BLACK Is not A LACK

Mixed-race children often experience rejection. The challenges, the questions, the confusion around identity, who they are and why they look the way they look, hopefully can be answered and settled to a certain extent, through reading some of these poems.

You are not who they say you are. You are special and you are unique and you are fearfully and wonderfully made!! Embrace and celebrate your heritage.

His plans for you are good. To prosper you and to give you a future and a hope. Rise up and be the best version you can be. They can try to belittle you, but they cannot stop you.
Believe in you and partner with the Higher Power, do good always, be kind, remain humble and always give a hand without expecting anything in return.
