In 1999, the alternative practitioner and businesswoman Karin Voit-Bak founded the company
INUS.
Asked at the time what INUS wanted to achieve, she said:
„I want INUS to be a holistic, integrative model that analyses the pathway to illness in chronically ill
patients, in order to find a way out of the disease with the help of this information. Diagnostics and
therapy should be as individual as the stresses and therapy should be chosen. Science, orthodox
medicine, naturopathy, environmental medicine, regenerative and energetic procedures must be
able to be combined in an interdisciplinary concept for the well-being of the patient. It has to be
precision medicine that doesn‘t follow one way of thinking, but only aligns itself with the patient.“
INUS precision medicine was born and became his life‘s work.
In 2006, Dr. med. Richard Straube, nephrologist and expert in blood purification/apheresis, started
the cooperation with INUS, as the new head physician of the INUS Medical Center AG, day
clinic in Bavaria. He adapted a therapeutic apheresis according to the well-known „bloodletting“,
in order to be able to use it in general medicine on chronically ill patients. It took years of research
and data collection before „INUSpheresis®“ was standardised. This was another milestone in the
fight against chronic diseases.
Today, 23 years later, hundreds of therapists from the fields of naturopathy, orthodox medicine
and environmental medicine work according to the INUS concepts of precision medicine.
The successes are great and both can be proud of what they have created through hard work.
