Dr. Dirk Stemper knows both: medicine and psyche, science and practice.Â
He studied medicine and, after his residency in internal medicine in intensive care, began his work in consulting executives to shape individual and organizational health actively.

In addition to preventive medicine, he worked continuously as a psychotherapist with cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and depth psychological orientations. For over 20 years, he held leadership positions in various organizations.

He currently works at Psychologie Halensee, a private psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching practice. He is a Project Partner at ILD focusing on Adaptive Leadership and an Associate at Management Advisory Service (UK) Ltd.
