Aiyllin Ingram is a professor of mathematics.
During her childhood and youth she was often bullied because she was very tall. In high school she meet Shona, a pretty, daintily but also very brave girl who is always by her side.

Shona now successfully runs a beauty salon and the friendship between the two women is still very close.

Then the unforeseen happens. Shona is shot in her salon.
