Johannes Held
Johannes Held studied law in Potsdam and Paris. Following the first state examination in law, he earned his doctorate at the University of Potsdam. He is currently a legal trainee at the highest state court for the city-state of Berlin (›Kammergericht‹) completing rotations, including at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community as well as at the Federal Constitutional Court.
Öffentlichkeit als Verfassungsprinzip
Das Wort »Öffentlichkeit« kommt im Text des Grundgesetzes nur vor, wenn von ihrem Ausschluss die Rede ist. Gleichwohl ist die Publizität der Staatsgewalt unbestritten eine wesentliche Funktionsbedingung des Staates mit Bezug zu verschiedenen Verfassungsprinzipien, insbesondere Demokratie-, Rechtsstaats- und Republikprinzip.
