This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8th IFIP TC 12 International Conference on Computer, Communication, and Signal Processing with special focus on Smart Solutions towards SDG, ICCCSP 2024, held in Chennai, India, during March 20-22, 2024.

The 32 full papers and 4 short papers presented in this book were carefully selected and reviewed from 166 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: SDG 3 Good Health and Well-Being; SDG 4 Quality Education; SDG 9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; and SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities.

This book is considered as an essential medium to introduce the up-to-date findings, new level research, and developing fields in the area of technology and computing for First International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Computing Innovations (ICETCI-2025).
