carry the wings
of sounds and sentiments

enamored of stanzas
enthralled to give voice
to the dual languages
of the mind and the soul.

Blessed be the language of poetry! The genre has enabled me to expound my views on current political and environmental matters; expose the woes and wounds of a planet pleading for mercy; honor the beauty and dignity of man and beast; revere the natural world and capture the nurturing light of love and friendship.
