Lisa Schubert, Jahrgang 1991, arbeitet als digitale Kommunikations-Managerin und Autorin. Seit mehreren Jahren beschäftigt sie sich mit gesunder Ernährung, da sie selbst mit Unverträglichkeiten zu kämpfen hatte.
