Aufbruch
Die neuen Lilienhain-Motive im ­Arlon-Stil sind gewachsen und auch ein bisschen erwachsener geworden. Die Sehnsucht nach einer harmonischen Weltordnung, in der letztendlich nur das Gute gewinnen kann, lässt sich nun in kleinen Geschichten weitererzählen. Die Motive für max. 35 Brettchen sind wie im ersten Lilienhain-Band inhaltlich sortiert in Lilien, Hunde, Schlangen, große Vierbeiner, Vögel sowie florale und ornamentale Schmuckelemente, aber großenteils komplexer geworden. Ein neues Kapitel mit Trennelementen und gemusterten Farbwechseln ergänzen die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Thema Lilien – Symbol für die Erneuerung – bleibt dabei der rote ­Faden, der die Motive miteinander verbindet. Das Buch wird ergänzt durch eine Übersicht über die Grundlagen sowie praktische ­Hinweise zum Setup und Weben, aber auch zum Modifizieren der Köper-Webbriefe.

Emergence
The new Lily Grove motifs in the Arlon style have evolved and matured. The story of longing for a just and harmonic world order in which the good will prevail in the end can now be continued in more tiny bits of yarn. Like in the first Lily Grove book, motifs for up to 35 tablets are presented by category: lilies, dogs, snakes, large four-legged creatures, birds, as well as floral and decorative ornaments; however, they have become more complex overall. A new chapter on separating elements and patterned color changes adds more design possibilities for your own ideas. The topic of lilies – a symbol of rebirth – once more serves as the thread that connects the motifs to one another. The weaving patterns are complemented by an overview of the basics as well as practical pointers for the setup and weaving and also the modification of the weaving patterns.
