Über den Autor
Daniel Thym ist Professor für Öffentliches Recht, Europa- und Völkerrecht an der Universität Konstanz. Er ist einer der renommiertesten und medial gefragtesten Migrationsexperten Deutschlands. Von 2020 bis 2022 war er Stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Sachverständigenrats für Integration und Migration (Mitglied seit 2016) und wirkte 2019 bis 2021 in der Fachkommission der Bundesregierung zu Rahmenbedingungen der Integrationsfähigkeit mit.
