The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and the optimization of child protection through the Apostolic Constitution PASCITE GREGEM DEI are also analyzed in relation to the issue of abuse. This work is part II of a research project in Rome on the canonical reception of child reception of child protection (Görres Society, Campo Santo Teutonico).
